Hey there internet beauties!
I’ve been on quite a review kick lately since there’s been so many products that I feel like need to be talked about on the blog. Especially the ones that have hit Holy Grail status. This little skincare gem is no exception and is one of those products that I wouldn’t know how to function without. What does it do? Well I personally use it for removing my makeup and what a good job it does at that! It basically melts away your makeup and followed by a simple cleanser your face is makeup free and very quickly as well. I’m pretty lazy when it comes to the night and when exhaustion sets in I want my makeup off and I want it off fast!
I usually apply it to a dry, makeup-filled face and massage it all over my face and neck, then with damp hands I go over it again and you’ll notice the product turns milky. Then rinse rinse, cleanser, rinse and your skin doesn’t have any makeup hiding and ready to give you a big bad break out. Foundation can be a mega B**** when it comes to removing as just when you think you have it off, your toner soaked cotton pads tells a completely different story.
I know cleansing oils can seem a bit of a scary world to step into, not to mention depending on your skin finding the right one that doesn’t break you out; but it is so worth it in the end. They make makeup removing easy and thus prevent you from sleeping with your makeup on. If we’re being honest I’m up to my third bottle (almost fourth) and I have never slept in my makeup since first using this product. I do have lazy days where once I remove my makeup I slap on some moisturizer and call it a night but I never ever sleep with my makeup on anymore. It retails for $20 at Priceline and often you’ll find it 20% off. This gets two serious thumbs up from me. I’ll continue to repurchase it forever since not only is it kickass but pretty affordable in comparison to all the other cleansing oils on the market.
What are your ride or die products when it comes to taking off your makeup off? Let me know in the comments section below.
Have a kickass day and I’ll see you guys in the next post.
