Urban decay All nighter setting spray

Hey there beauty lovers!
Well I’m dropping another review and I’m oober excited for this one as it’s one of those products that has made it into the hall of fame for me. So sit back, relax and enjoy!

Does it actually help your makeup stay on all day?: Oh yeah! This stuff is legit. It doesn’t play games, it doesn’t disappointment. You’re makeup will stay in place for a pretty long time!
Does it give you a dewy finish?: It’s neither here or there. It doesn’t make you look like a disco ball but it’s not mattifying. I’d say it gives more of a natural demi matte / satin finish? If you have oily skin though I don’t think it would be great at shine control (hint hint there is a de slick version of this spray, I’m guessing to help with shine control).
Skin type?: It’s not particular to any skin type. It doesn’t dry your skin out but it doesn’t specifically hydrate it either. People looking for shine control would possibly have to tread carefully.
Should it be applied before or after you apply foundation?: You can apply it before your foundation, after you’ve done your base. You can also apply it after you’ve completely finished your makeup, it won’t ruin your mascara or eyeliner. If you want to make your face bullet proof you could apply it before your foundation, after you’ve done your base and then give it another spritz when your makeup is done. Just to give you an idea if you really want your makeup to survive an apocalypse.
Does it cause streaks in your foundation?: Nope! Like there isn’t enough reasons to love this product, it doesn’t ruin your foundation should you decide to spritz after base application.
Does it cause break outs in your skin?: I have not gotten any break outs or issues, skincare wise by using this product. Of course if you have sensitive skin I’d read the ingredients just to be safe.

Packaging?: Basic packaging with no issues in that department. This spray does come in a smaller size which you could use solely to throw in your makeup bag or travel with.

Is it an even spritz or does it drench your face?: It gives a nice even spritz, you don’t need to use a million sprays to cover your face, each spritz packs a punch but it doesn’t make you feel like a power hose is drenching your face.
Pros: Actually makes your makeup last a long time, doesn’t streak your foundation, gives an even spritz, doesn’t cause irritation to the skin.
Cons: There is no cons with this product, at least none I can think of. If you have tried this product and you find it’s not very effective, remember it could be a skin type issue or come down to personal experience. A product doesn’t work the same on everyone’s face.
Price?: $21.00 AUD for 30ml / $45 AUD for 118 ml
Availability?: Mecca cosmetic or Sephora. Both have on line stores.
Rating: 9.9 /10
Overall thoughts?: Being a drugstore makeup love I am always highly critical when it comes to high end makeup. I mean if I’m going to invest the money in it, it’s got to be dam good! So the fact that I am singing praises about this product should give you an indication just to how much I love it! It’s seriously a ride or die kind or product and I definitely don’t see myself drifting away from this gem.
Would I repurchase it?: I already have gotten myself a backup because I literally freak out at the thought of running out of this with no replacement in hand.

That wraps up today’s post my peeps. Have you guys tried this product? Tell me your thoughts. Are there any setting sprays out there you think I should try? Let me know in the comments, it makes my day when I hear from you guys. I’ll see you guys shortly.

This sounds great! Its awesome that it makes your makeup stay on longer, yet doesn't make you break out. I've had that problem with setting sprays in the past

It's brilliant and it opens up so many doors in regards to foundation options. You can easily go drugstore even if the foundation itself isn't long lasting, this spray helps you out a lot!

I have the De-Slick version of this and it doesn't work on my oily skin at all unfortunately! I just got the Loreal fixing spray and it works a lot better for me though!

[…] One of my holy grail setting sprays – which basically got me hooked on setting sprays! It keeps the makeup looking flawless all day, has a fine mist that doesn’t wreck your foundation. It also settles down fine powders and makes your skin look like skin. Now with so many setting sprays out there (and many in my collection whoops), what’s so special about this one? it really does keep your makeup on all day, with this magical bottle I know my makeup will stay fresh the entire day and that makes it worth every dollar. |Review| […]
