BYS conceal and correct palette

Hello internet people
I don’t think I need to come up with a creative introduction when it comes to reviews, I think I should just jump straight into business so that’s what I’m going to do.

What does each shade do?: The purple shade helps counteract yellowness, green helps cancel out redness, yellow is great for correcting dark circles. The other shades are your typical concealer shades you can use for both spots and/or underneath the eyes.
Longevity: It is designed to be used underneath foundation and/or concealer so longevity can’t be truly tested but no issues stand out.
Formula: Quite creamy and blendable which is something desirable for a product to be worn underneath foundation and or concealer as you don’t want any cakeyness to occur.

Packaging: Pretty standard packaging. Nothing spectacular but it doesn’t create any issues and it’s not clunky which makes it great for throwing it in your makeup bag.
Does it work well under the eyes?: You can definitely use the yellow shade or one of the warm concealer shades underneath the eyes without worrying about cakeyness. I apply either shade and an actual concealer over the top and don’t see much of an issue. I always set my concealer regardless of the concealer I use so I can’t make a judgement on how it lasts without setting it.
Pros: Affordable, easy to use, slim packaging, blendable, creamy product, doesn’t cause cakeyness.
Cons: I wouldn’t call it crazy long lasting, this brand is only available in Australia, can’t be sure if it causes creasing under the eyes without setting powder.
Price: $8.95
Availability: Fashion addict (an online site) and gloss as well as Kmart.
Overall thoughts: This quite a nifty product, comes in handy and I do notice a difference when I use it. Redness is reduced when I use the green shade and I’m able to create a cocktail that really helps with correcting my dark circles, so I’m one happy camper. If you can find this product you should definitely try it out.
Rating: 8/10
Would I repurchase it?: Yeah it’s affordable and I use it quite often, there isn’t a reason not to repurchase it.

And that’s a wrap! Are you guys into using color correctors? What color correcting product are you loving? Tell me in the comments below. I’ll see you guys in the next post.

It's not a well known brand, kind of like E.L.F but I am pretty sure it's only available in Australia.

The purple and green made me first wonder what an earth is this, but it makes sense though! It would be really interesting to see how they work on the skin 🙂

It seems like a pretty good palette for covering various areas; from eyelids to the under eyes. Thanks for the thorough review!

what do you expect for the price but it's a corrector, longevity can't be properly tested and with a good primer and setting spray anything will last.

I've actually never heard of this brand, and I don't usually go for yellow/green colours, but they look quite lovely. I might have to give the brand a go and see how it goes. Thank you so much!

I've never tried colour corrector but this does sounds great especially for such a reasonable price. Shame it's not available worldwide though.

I have similar colour correcting concealers but, to be honest, rarely reach for them. But they are great to counteract the darkness under the eyes or redness. x

It's an aussie brand, under the radar. It's sort of like the aussie version of E.L.F a lot of brands have these kind of products now, Physcian's formula have a concealer stick that comes in both yellow and green. I'm obsessed with the green concealer stick, it's so creamy and really great at wearing underneath foundation too cancel out redness.
