Hey hey hey hey! It feels so good to finally have wrapped up uni for the year and of course I am going to jump right back into blogging, because this little corner of the internet is my happy place where I get to ramble on about makeup! So I am back into the swing of things, even though my sister’s wedding is in 8 days and I have a 2am wakeup call (legit pray for me haha). Any who I am back and if you guys want to see particular posts, comment them down below.
So I figured my first blog post (post – uni for the year) should be another edition of this blog series which you guys have probably forgotten about, I’ve only done one so far (click here to see it). In a nut shell, this blog series will talk about makeup goodies great for those who like to keep their makeup subtle & low key – no it is not about actual makeup made from natural ingredients. What can I say I suck at naming blog series. Okay I don’t stop myself now this intro could go on for an hour. Let’s jump in!
L’Oreal Paris Lumi Magique Foundation | When you think of dewy foundations you think of beautiful glowy and radiant skin. Whenever I am going for a more natural base I do like it to be more on the dewy side. It has just enough coverage and is great for an everyday fresh face and it isn’t too heavy. I have review this, click here to read it.
Maybelline color drama lipstick – nude perfection | Nude lips = more natural. This lip pencil is easy to apply, very flattering and of course on the natural side. It’s an easy brainer. Not to mention it’s a realistic nude lip color bot like some other nudes that are much deeper in shade.
Physician’s formula cashmere wear blush – rose | You gotta love blushes that actually reflect a shade that is a realistic blush color. This kind of blush is very similar to if you have pinched your cheeks. It’s easy to wear, goes with almost all makeup looks and does the job of blush with minimal fuss. it’s also not annoyingly pigmented.
Makeup Revolution ‘Hot spice’ Blush palette | Speaking of blush, blush palettes are a wonderful and space saving little thing. These blushes are all wearable and go with many many makeup looks. And you get many options in the one palette. *cheers* Click here to read the review.
Maybelline color elixr – caramel infusion | Last but not least is another nude colored lip product. This one is nicely pigmented but unlike the Maybelline color drama lipstick, it is much more glossy.
And that wraps up the review. Have you guys tried any of these products? What do you think about them? Drop a comment and tell me all about it. I hope you guys all have a wonderful day, I love you and I’ll see you in the next post.
