Hey peeps! You know I LOVE drugstore makeup! Even if you have been reading my posts for a little while, it’s pretty easy to tell that I’m obsessed with drugstore makeup. When I spend a lot of dough on high end makeup it’s like it better be life changing. But when a drugstore makeup product is amazing and affordable, that’s when voodoo magic is at play!
Let’s jump in!
Innoxa lift and firm primer
For a while this was literally the only primer I used. Mostly because I hadn’t found anything I really liked to apply all over the face. I still love this and reach for it frequently. I’m just able to bounce around among a few primers now. It’s really hydrating but it kinda sticks to the face instead of sliding around. Foundations sit really nicely over this foundation. I love love love it! |Review|
Bourjois healthy mix foundation
This is a very awesome everyday foundation. it has up to medium coverage, is quick and easy to apply and sits on the face well, doesn’t fade to quickly. You really can’t go wrong with it.
Ecotools buffing brush
If you love flat top foundation brushes, you’ll love this! It’s so dense, really easy to blend into the skin and press the foundation into your skin. It just makes foundation application easy and flawless and it’s very affordable. |Review|
Maybelline age rewind concealer
Of course this would be on the list. Maybelline sure know how to make bomb concealers! It covers the dark circles nicely, sits in the under eye generally well and it lasts very nicely too! | Review |
Australis color inject lipsticks
These lipsticks are EVERYTHING. I cannot explain to you how much I love them. The formula is amazeball! It’s comfy on the lips but it doesn’t slide everywhere and it doesn’t become drying and it lasts a pretty awesome amount of time on the lips. It’s an aussie brand BUT they ship internationally. If they came out with 100 shades I’d get them all. |Review|
Rimmel stay matte powder
Last but not least shouldn’t be much of a surprise. It’s one of those classic drugstore products you hear everyone talk about. I love using this as a touch-up powder throughout the day. I’m not a fan of a completely matte base. I mean I have dry/dehydrated skin so I do like it to be more on the glowy/healthy side. But I do get a shiny t-zone and shiny t-zones are not cute. So I love this powder for touching up cause it mattifies but it doesn’t cake anything up.
And that wraps up the post. See any products on the list you love? What drugstore products do you love? Drop a comment and let me know. I hope you all have a lovely day and I’ll see you in the next post.
