Whatever you guys are doing, PAUSE! Because I’m going to be telling you about a highlighter that is absolutely – hands down amazing! So clearly this is internet breaking news. In fact, they are very similar to the Becca shimmering perfector highlighters. I don’t like throwing around the word ‘dupe’ at least not lightly but they are very very similar!
So if you want to hear my thoughts on this highlighter (trust me you want to!), then keep reading.
Let’s dive in!
Does it work with many skin tones? Yes, they do. Both shades of this highlighter are super versatile and work on many skin tones.
Is it overly glittery? No. it doesn’t make your face appear glittery, rather it gives your cheeks bones an intense beam of light. It gives the skin more of the ‘wet’ highlighter look.
Is it too natural? Definitely not. I’m quite picky with my highlighters, if they aren’t intense I usually don’t reach for them but this highlighter is awesome and super glowy and I’m just in love!
Is it available in many shades: It comes in two shades – peach pearl and Golden sand. Both super versatile shades.
Day or night appropriate?: I wear it day and night. For those of you who like simple highlighters during the day, this might be more for night time wear.
Where is it best for applying on the face? I apply it on the cheekbones and gently over the cheeks as well.
Price: $16.99 AUD
Formula? The formula is smooth and buttery and just glides onto the skin. It gives the skin more of that ‘wet’ highlighter look.
Highlighter on fleek? Definitely. My highlight game always looks strong with this highlighter.
Pros: They give you an intense glow, they are affordable, smooth & buttery formula. Both shades are super versatile.
Cons: I can’t name one fault about these highlighters. I’m obsessed.
Rating: 9.9999/10 Hell it’s a 10 in my eyes!
Overall thoughts I am obsessed with these highlighters. They pretty much had me at the first use. They give you an intense glow (in a non-tacky way!) and it doesn’t look powdery or chalky on the skin. These have definitely made the holy grail list for me. I find them quite similar to the Becca shimmering perfector highlighters – and I don’t throw that around lightly. I highly recommend these highlighters!
Would I repurchase? Hell yes, I would! I’ll definitely be backing up these highlighters. I’m in love with them!
And this wraps up the post. Have you guys tried out these stunning models own highlighters? What highlighters have you been loving lately? Drop a comment, I love hearing from you guys. I hope you guys have an awesome day and I’ll see you in the next post.
