It’s safe to say that Fenty products have been in my good books lately, you guys already know how obsessed I am with their lavender setting powder, click here to read that review. Well now it’s time for me to fawn over their cream bronzer.
Now I am pretty much a total junkie of cream makeup now, I haven’t quit powders but cream makeup is in my makeup routine every time I wear makeup now. Before I get into this bronzer, I can only speak for the shade I’ve tried – butta biscuit. I’m sure the other shades are nice but my infatuation has everything to do with how perfect this shade is.
This is already going to be a long review so how about I zip it and actually get started with the review?! Cool? Cool!
What are the claims of this product?
This bronzer claims to be a “light as air”, non-greasy cream bronzer that effortlessly melts into the skin for a natural bronzer / soft contour look. It promises to be easy to blend and impossible to over-do and also promises to be sweat and water-resistant. It is also free from fragrance, parabens, oil, and sulfate-free!
Does it deliver?
Firstly, I freaking adore this bronzer! The shade is absolute perfection on my skin tone, it’s sheer but buildable and it is well and truly a goof-proof bronzer. I never make any mistakes or apply too much because the shade works for me so well. I can just build it up as much as I like and never worry about applying too much. I imagine if I went with the shade macchiato I’d have to make sure not to apply as much but butta biscuit is perfect for me so I am not tempted by the other shades. It also blends out super easily and wears well. I do always layer cream bronzer with a bit of powder so that also helps longevity but I cannot say enough good things about this bronzer!

Formula?
The bronzer has a smooth creamy formula that blends super easily (not to the point where it’s practically disappeared) but definitely so easy and full proof. A perfect option for an everyday makeup look – it will save you time.
Pigmentation?
It’s quite pigmented but when you apply it with a brush it distributes the product evenly and sheers out easily as well. Of course, if you want intense pigment, just go a shade darker! I like that it’s buildable and goof-proof!
Longevity?
The bronzer lasts really well. I always layer cream bronzer with a little bit of powder bronzer but it stays on my face all day and doesn’t go patchy or break apart.
Finish
I’d say it has a velvet/satin finish. It isn’t shimmery at all but when it sets, it doesn’t go completely matte. It just has a natural finish.
Easy to use /How does it apply?
The easiest cream bronzer you could ever apply. It was the first bronzer I picked up and I was new to cream makeup so at first, it was a bit awkward but once I got the hang of it I was hooked! I have other cream bronzers which I do love but this is by far the easiest to apply.

Shade range?
7 shades in total and they are all quite diverse. Y’all get by know the shade butta biscut is what I love. It’s quite rare when you are fair-skinned to find a perfect bronzer shade, you get used to bronzers being low key to dark/orange for you but this shade is seriously perfection! I have been tempted by the shade macchiato – I’m sure I’d like it but I know butta biscuit is my number 1 favorite so there’s no good reason to get another shade.
Packaging?
Rose gold compact with a mirror.
How much does it cost?
$50 AUD
How much product do you get?
6.23 grams
Where to purchase it?
Rating?
10/10 – if I only could have one bronzing product I’d pick this!
Pros:
- The shade butta biscuit is perfect for fair skin
- It’s the easiest cream bronzer to apply
- Creamy and smooth formula – blends out super quickly.
Cons:
- I can’t fault it, I would like if this exact shade also came in a stick formula as sometimes I’m in the mood for stick bronzers but I seriously adore this bronzer anyway.
Overall thoughts?
I’ve made my feelings about this bronzer pretty clear! It’s funny when I first tried this bronzer it took me about 2 weeks to get used to it as I was still new to cream makeup. This is why first impressions can only tell you so much and I prefer to take my time with dishing out reviews because you want to be 1000% sure of your thoughts. I reach for this bronzer constantly and it’s easily my favorite cream bronzer sitting at number 1.
Would I recommend this to you / repurchase
If you are fair skin toned or even Light-medium, I cannot recommend this bronzer enough! I am planning to get myself a backup because I already know this will be the first cream product I hit pan on!
And that wraps up this review! I told you guys I was obsessed with this bronzer so this review was basically me gushing over it. Have you guys tried this or any cream bronzer? What bronzers do you love? Drop a comment and let’s have a chat. Thanks for hanging out with me and I’ll see you in the next post. x B

February 26, 2021 at 7:31 pmThe best bronzer to start with if you’ve never tried cream bronzers before! My cream product fear was a mix of application worries and trying to remember not to set my face with powder first. I’ve definitely changed up how I do my makeup in the last 8 months.
